WinLOGO for Win3.1x and Win95: a program 
to change the Win3.1x and Win95 startup logo.

This program is a "bound" Windows and DOS
program (i.e., it contains both a DOS and
a Windows module, built into the .EXE file).
The Windows startup logo is just a bitmap
file in "RLE 4" format, which is built by
the Windows setup program into WIN.COM.
To change the Win3.1x startup logo, all you
need to do is to create your own bitmap in
"RLE 4" format, and then select it from the
Winlogo menu. To change the Win95 logo, all
you need is to select a 256 colour bitmap
(320x400x256) from the Winlogo menu.
Winlogo does the rest - it takes only about 
1 second. For Win3.1x, Winlogo builds a new 
Windows .COM file called WINCHG.COM. Run this, 
instead of WIN.COM, and you will see your new 
logo. 

For Win95, it replaces the relevant bitmap file.

Winlogo is shareware. Registration costs
10.00 pounds Sterling; or $15.00 (U.S.).
