Listen, both MeaTLoTioN and I have great channels on Discord... THE UNDERGROUND channel is actually The Godfathers place, but its my main channel that I use on Discord - and tG set us up with a new-mystic-sysops-discussion room there; you can jump in and ask a question, and theres several of us sysOps who have probably went thru the issue you're having and we try to answer every topic, or GET it answered by some op who knows. Also, you can scroll back and read every issue/topic that we have already answered and.. theres a lot of good info there. The same questions/issues always come up - so its a place that might be worth checking into. The link for THE UNDERGROUND channel is listed below.
Also, MeaTLoTioN has a super cool Discord channel called Meaty's Wormhole - and it is BBS heaven, too. Between these two, and some other BBS/ANSI art/retro computing channels, Discord is a big help for BBSing. mL will probably share his link, but if you join ours I can help you find his too..
