    Hey y'all,

So I have started putting together a document on how I did it, and would appreciate some feedback on it, whether it's the way it looks, examples, scripts etc, or if you actually try it and I forgot a step and it doesn't quite work.

    Here's a link to the document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-kwZwvX4OLN--nwbw-mg0AtmO8WT1sDNK0b_2lFUYgI
    /edit?usp=sharing

Let me know what you think so far.

Best wishes to all, and stay safe!!

Dude... I think this is awesome. Furthermore, the way you did it looks great - like a gent like Lunduke would love it and share it on his stuff. I would certainly send it over, and think you're doing a bang up job even on the way you're writing this .TXT.

I'd stick with the photos and 2020 style writeup. Its the people who would do this project... hell, this would fit on many of my forums and if you share when you're done, so will I...

    Kudos, ML.

Thanks Paulie, I figured if I'm gonna document it I should make it as thorough as I possibly can. I do hope that it is easy to read and not boring so that people fall asleep reading it lol. That said, it's a howto guide so hopefully they won't =)

I am deciding on the best way to get it "published" whether to leave it as a google document or to put it up on my website or something else. What would you guys think is the best place to have this so it can be viewed easily and by as many people as needed?

    Kudos, ML.

Thank you! It's a fun fun project, and I really hope that I can iron out _ALL_ the kinks so it's just always there for everyone to see and use.

I now have MRC working on it too =)

So I think you should host a webpage, if thats easy enough for you - with a large, easy button up top for people to download it - The PDF format seems to be good because everyone can use it, and people can't [so easily] edit it for their own use.

You know, you and I talked about Bryan but... Lunduke has taught me some important things while we are loving and living in our Linux-world-wonderland... make things easy. Even for the more technical people, theres something cool about things that are super easy to consume and use - even if we both know that there are 'better ways'. Like.. really, you don't need any photos and the whol thing could take some 1Kb in a .TXT file - but thats not what people WANT in 2020.

Take up that 5MB, leave all the badass photos in... put it up on a webpage for the lazy; they'll hang out on yer site until they finish their project, then shut it down and not say thank you. :P Again, if easy for you, some comment section at the bottom would be nice - but I get it, probably another step that isn't required... I don't have a 'comments section' just sitting on my drives ready to be added to an HTML page.

Again, I really think you should share it with Lunduke... maybe go over to his BBS and make a post there, too. :P I can just imagine him talking about it on Lunduke & Friends or... etc etc.

Ok, I always talk the most. Sh*t - I'm done.

He knows, he's been following the progress of it since day 1. He is gonna go through my doco and try and make one for himself too.

Very rad. Looking forward to hearing how he gets on.
