In 1996 I founded Mortal BBS and the name has been the same for the past 28 years.

For a while now I've thought that the BBS was lacking a bit in a theme and connecting message networks and old file areas really wasn't a differentiator.

This is where PhoneNet comes in. PhoneNet is my private telephone system collection and phone network that has users on all corners of the globe.

While the existing message, file, and game areas will remain; over time I will be shifting the system to a telephony based theme covering my network and telephony throughout the years both here in Australia and internationally.
