When I read messages on my BBS, the text runs off the right side of the screen. It hasn't always been this way, so I a wondering what I did to mess it up. Are there any settings in Mystic that concrol the resolution or size of the message areas? I have the same problem no matter which Telnet client I use to access the board.

did you perhaps switch from a linux version of mystic to windows? i think mystic actually stores messages with line endings depending on the OS so they would be messed up looking on display..

No, I am still using the same version of Windows and the same version of Mystic.

Check at the main menu of your BBS (A)ccount Settings and then (H) Screen Length. Make sure you don't have it set to 80x25.

To help rule out if it is your account, or your Mystic install:

Do you have another account for testing? I have my SYSOP (S255) account and also a Gamer account (S20). (Or if other users also tell you the same thing happens to them ...)

From Main Window, hit (A) User Account Settings and see if you happened to change (H) Screen Length?

If both accounts do it, then it is a Mystic setting somewhere.
If only your SysOp account does it, then it is your User account setting.

Just a starting point, but it helps decide how much deeper you need to go.

As the next message stated (I saw that and though, what?) that was a typo.
You want it set TO 80x25.
