It's been stormy and wet here today, so I shut down computers (bbs etc) while the worst of it was passing.
discovered our spare room is still leaking, water from a carport next to it pools and it seeps through the bricks. We notified the real estate agent and they got someone to "fix" it but evidently they didn't do anything (which we kind of figured when nothing had changed six months ago)
so we've just notified them again... hopefully this time the strata will take it seriously.
No RAM today so far, which I'm kind of glad about, last thing I want is RAM sitting in the letter box getting sopping wet.
