It was an LXC container, running on my proxmox hypervisor. did me proud for about 2 years until I upgraded it to a full Ubuntu 20.04 VM.

Would run fine with 1GB ram and 1 vCPU core.

First computer I ran Mystic on was the Intel NUC. Then I switched to running Mystic on the Pi and Telegard on the NUC. Then I switched back to Mystic on the NUC, then back to the Pi. I took a break from Mystic and switched to Telegard exclusively on the NUC, that's when the NUC decided to die.

So now I'm back to Mystic on the Pi.

More than you asked for, but there it is. ;)

I only tried it out for my own curiosity, and for some friends to play around in. But it is running on a Raspberry Pi B model (or is it A model?)

What was your first computer that you ran Mystic BBS on?

A Dell XPS 300 - Pentium II - a phased out machine at that time and still part of my working "collection". Must have been in the early 2000s. I didn't like the bbs package at all at that time. Nowadays its the best, except for 1 thing, the storage of the file area data files in the DATA folder.

What was your first computer that you ran Mystic BBS on?

It was in an Ubuntu VM running on esxi. Then, I blew away esxi and migrated everything over to Proxmox VM's.. and then I moved the BBS over to an ubuntu container. That's is where it lives until today whith a whopping 1 core and 256mb of ram allocated to it.

What was your first computer that you ran Mystic BBS on?

    A raspberry pi 3b.

Prior to running Mystic I ran a 2 phone line Mustange BBS in the early 90s.

Mystic is currently running on a VPS - switched to the VPS as a result of moving and not having a stable network connection while living in an RV while our house was being built.
