My dental health hasnt been that exceptional, but sometimes it takes the reality of what is going on to take things seriously. My front two teeth havent been bleeding forthe last twenty years regularly. No blood so far.
Perhaps not drinking soda and brushing your teeth not to long after you eat does wonders.
